Arrival Window

We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we're running late, we'll shoot you a call.

Cancellations

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any changes at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not happy with your service at all, let us know right away and we will be back to make it right.

Billing

A hold will be placed on your card one day before service, but your are not charged until service is completed. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but is just pre-authorization.
